We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a busy insurance service environment in Durham, North Carolina. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing a steady stream of customer interactions while delivering accurate, detail-oriented support. The person in this role will help customers by phone and email, document information carefully, and keep service requests moving efficiently.
