What You'll Be Doing
Take and process customer orders via phone, email, and other communication channels accurately and professionally.Coordinate with carriers to schedule and dispatch deliveries on-time, cost-efficiently, and accurately.Track, investigate, and resolve delivery-related issues, including customer complaints, late loads, and product discrepancies.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and internal teams, including outside sales.Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.What We’re Looking For
