Position: Inbound Customer Service Representative

Compensation:  Starting Hourly Base Rate + Bonus(es)  -$17.00/Hour

Schedule(s):  Mon-Fri 10:30 AM – 7PM, Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Days off: One week day and Sunday

Inbound Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

+ Answer inbound calls from enrolled customers, identify customer needs and offer the most appropriate resource or resolution to address their needs.
