Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas in a fully onsite contract-to-permanent role. This position focuses on delivering responsive support to customers while managing order-related activity, coordinating sales documentation, and helping maintain smooth communication across internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable handling a high volume of requests, and able to balance front-line customer interactions with detailed administrative work.
Responsibilities:
