- Manage the complete order-to-cash process, from order entry through delivery and invoicing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of international customers.
- Coordinate with warehouses, production facilities, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Build strong relationships with customers and business managers, providing proactive communication and service support.
