Description
A growing manufacturer of thermoplastic enclosures is looking for an experienced customer service professional to join their team! The ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of experience working in a call center capacity, a good customer service aptitude, and excellent communication skills. Must have a background working in the manufacturing industry.
The primary job duties in this role include answering calls, email correspondence, responding to customer queries, purchase orders, sending responses to customers, processing purchase orders, entering purchase orders into the system, confirming customers' orders, working directly with the operations and sales teams, handling follow-ups with customers, checking the system and providing updates.
