What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional, high-touch phone support to participants enrolled in tax-advantaged benefit plans Educate members on Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), and Independent Coverage HRAs (ICHRAs) plan guidelines and eligibility requirements Accurately screen, review, and enter claims in accordance with plan documents and IRS regulations Troubleshoot issues, resolve discrepancies, and ensure ti...
