Job Description
As an STC Advocate,
you’ll be the face of Carvana! Since the buying and selling process is entirely
online, you’ll often be the first in-person interaction a customer has with the
company. Your role is key in delivering a one-of-a-kind experience.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage 6–8 customer appointments daily

+ Drive a company vehicle to customer homes to finalize vehicle purchases

+ Greet customers, inspect vehicles, and complete paperwork using an iPad

+ Accurately document customer interactions in the tracking system

+ Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record

+ Support your team with additional tasks as needed


This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity.
At the 3‑month mark, you will be eligible to convert to a direct
Carvana employee. At that point, you will transition into the Truck Hauler
