Job Description N Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers. N Spares planning for Dealers & Audit on Regular basis N Meeting with Distributors & Sub dealers on Monthly basis N Reconciliation of Dealer account at service end. N Maintaining service Call and evaluating TAT for all Dealers daily basis & improvement plan. N Resolving Customers problems and improve customer service. N Should have technical Knowledge on RAC & VRF, Technical site visits for support. N Auditing work and customerservice to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met. N Maintaining strong relationships with dealers, and sales representatives. N Training to new Technicians on Carrier Product & EH&S. N Traveling to Upcountry location on basis of requirements.
