Key Responsibilities:
Communicate directly with customers via telephone / email regarding inquiries, orders, expedites and complaints.Quote to customers.Negotiate and adjust shipping schedule with customers, freight forwarders, Materion US Service Centers, and other Materion locations as required.Check inventory and product specifications to meet customer requirements.Enter customer orders and purchase to the global plants.Handle Import and Export documents (invoice, packing list, shipping instructions, B/L, L/C, insurance policy) and coordinate shipping schedules with freight forwarders and customers.Inventory management of Performance Solutions products.Handle customer complaints (Return, credit notes) and work with Account Managers to resolve.Special tasks may be required by department manager.
