This role provides dedicated support for a large enterprise customer, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions related to secure access devices. The position focuses on customer support, troubleshooting, documentation, and administrative coordination to ensure timely resolution and accurate recordkeeping.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment with strict accuracy requirements.
Key Responsibilities

+ Handle up to 40 outbound calls per day to support end users with access requests and troubleshooting related to secure access devices

+ Walk users through step‑by‑step troubleshooting and resolution processes in a clear and professional manner

+ Accurately document all interactions, actions taken, and outcomes in internal tracking systems
