Job Description

• Coordinate and manage patient recall efforts and referral tracking to ensure continuity of care.
• Schedule patient appointments accurately based on provider availability and patient needs.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry into electronic health records and other systems.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments and assist patients with questions related to coverage.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and internal departments to facilitate a smooth patient experience.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
