Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Connect with clients to build strong relationships, deliver excellent customer service, and create raving fans of the business.
- Establish genuine rapport with customers and proactively identify their needs and concerns.
- Resolve customer issues completely—ideally within a single call.
- Provide timely feedback and escalate issues when necessary to customer service executives.
- Stay informed about the latest company updates, products, and services.
Qualifications:
- At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- With or without BPO experience can apply
- Willing to work in an office-based setup
- Willing to work in Paragon Plaza, Mandaluyong
