Required Experience & Qualifications
β Minimum 5 years of Customer Service experience within a manufacturing, packaging, or
distribution environment (mandatory)
β Strong experience managing large customer accounts and maintaining high levels of
customer satisfaction
β Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory)
β Experience working with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems for order processing
and customer order management
β Experience working with manual order entry processes and legacy ERP systems,
preferably Sage ERP
β Comfortable operating in environments where orders must be entered manually and
processes are not fully automated
β Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume
environment
