Position Responsibilities:

+ Act as a liaison between customers and the company, providing essential information and managing clerical and administrative tasks for daily business functions while supporting various departments, as a Customer Service Representative

+ Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their needs and concerns

+ Provide assistance with special requests, utilizing specialized software to validate store orders, process orders, and take inbound calls

+ Deliver consistent service to restaurants through ongoing training initiatives, ensuring they receive the support necessary for success

+ Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
+ High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 2 to 4 years of related experience


Preferred Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s Degree
