Position Overview
Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers by answering questions, addressing account and billing concerns, and providing a positive service experience. This role is based in Memphis, Tennessee, and is a Long-term Contract position for someone who can communicate clearly, stay organized, and handle a steady flow of customer interactions. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a call center environment, documenting conversations accurately, and following through to help bring issues to resolution.
