Description
Some of the responsibilities include:
β’ Maintaining and updating customer pricing information in SAP.
β’ Processing customer orders received by phone and email in a timely and accurate manner.
β’ Entering sales orders, verifying pricing and quantities, and sending order confirmations.
β’ Monitoring open orders and helping ensure deliveries stay on schedule.
β’ Assisting the sales team with customer inquiries, account support, and order-related questions.
β’ Working closely with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate accurate and on-time shipments.
β’ Managing customer records, product availability information, and pricing updates.
β’ Preparing sales reports and assisting with general reporting needs.
β’ Communicating directly with customers regarding orders, product information, and any concerns that arise.
