Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a higher education organization in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position focuses on creating a positive experience for prospective students, applicants, and learners through high-volume phone and chat interactions. The person in this role will help connect individuals with the right resources, answer inquiries effectively, and contribute to a responsive, service-focused team environment.
