**Hybrid Opportunity in the Greater Chicago Area**

The **Customer Service Representative** , (CSR) is responsible for maintaining their assigned accounts including providing exceptional client service to both internal and external client contacts. Specifically, the CSR role is focused on trouble shooting inquiries that are related to orders, backorders, ETA’s and tracking. The expectation of the CSR is to always provide complete resolution on every inquiry. The CSR is the point person and liaison to other departments related to daily operational activity Sales Operations Specialist (SOS), and Warehouse Ops.
