Hours of Work:

• Monday 8:30pm - 6:00pm
• Thursday & Friday 8:30pm - 6:00pm
• Saturday & Sunday 8:30pm - 5:00pm

This is a fixed-term role with an end date of 3rd August 2027.

What Will You Be Doing?

We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative who loves tackling problems and thrives on challenges. The main responsibilities for this role include:

• Assisting customers at the counter with questions about payments, such as hire purchases and credit applications.
• Helping with service repairs and sales inquiries.
• Proactively addressing and resolving customer concerns.
• Supporting administrative tasks.

You’ll be an important part of our team, working to resolve customer issues and making sure we meet their expectations.
