Position Overview
Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support a 6-8 week project in customer account management, order coordination across assigned accounts. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service through timely communication, proactive problem-solving, and accurate management of customer and shipment information while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and internal sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Manage customer inquiries and ensure all requests are handled within established service level agreements (SLAs)
β’ Maintain and update customer master data and CRM systems to ensure accuracy and organization
β’ Partner closely with Sales and Logistics teams to coordinate shipments, resolve delivery issues, and communicate updates proactively to customers
