We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Complaint Resolution Representative to support our clients Oakville team on a temporary basis. This role is responsible for responding to customer concerns, gathering accurate information, validating complaints, and working within company guidelines to provide timely and professional resolutions.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers, helping to resolve issues directly where possible and escalating concerns to the appropriate internal teams when further support is required.
Key Responsibilities:
