Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 4.30pm - Friday from 8.30am to 4pm

Salary from £35,000 to £40,000 Depending on Experience

My client, who is a global leader in water chemistry, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team.

The Role:

Processing and following-up Customer orders.
 Answering Customers' requests and ensuring Customer intimacy
 Executing related import / export activities
 Ensuring compliance with internal and local rules & regulations, in order to ensure business continuity
Responsibilities:

- Daily interaction with Customers, Sales Managers, Credit Control, Order Fulfilment

depts.

- Replying to customers enquiries and connecting them with correct contacts

internally when required

- Checking daily report to progress status of the outstanding orders
