Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with and assist customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Understand customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses.
  • Resolve issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve customer service strategies.
  • Meet performance targets, including customer satisfaction and response time.


Qualifications:

  • 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Must be willing to work onsite at our Paranaque site and start as soon as possible
