We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a busy team in Portland, Maine during a high-volume production period. This is a Contract position focused on connecting with clients, collecting needed information, and helping keep deadlines on track. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating by phone, managing follow-up activity, and delivering attentive service in a fast-paced onsite environment.
