Reporting to the Branch Manager and based at our Rockhampton site, this is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact for our trade and industrial customers, helping them find the right products, placing orders, and providing solutions that keep their businesses moving.

What you will be doing:

• Serving trade and industrial customers at the front counter and over the phone
• Processing sales, quotes, and orders accurately
• Handling customer enquiries and providing tailored product advice
• Building strong relationships with regular trade customers
• Supporting general admin and sales tasks as needed
