Position Overview
Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a busy customer care team in Sacramento, California. This Contract position is fully onsite and offers the opportunity to assist customers, resolve service-related concerns, and contribute to a responsive, detail-oriented support experience. The ideal candidate brings prior call center experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams to address customer needs.
Responsibilities:
