Position: Customer Service Representatives

Location: San Antonio TX 78216

Duration: 6-month contract to Hire

Working Hours:

DAY SHIFT: 8AM- 5PM M-F (ONE SATURDAY A MONTH from 8AM-12PM)

NIGHT SHIFT: 12PM-9PM M-R, Friday from 8AM-5PM (NO SATURDAYS)

Must Haves:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a high volume call center environment
• Experience with a multi-line phone system (e.g., LiveVox, Noble, Avaya, Genesys etc.)
• EXCELLENT communication & computer skills
• Must have good job longevity in previous roles (unless very junior)
