Position Overview
Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a busy contact center team. This is a Contract position suited for someone who enjoys assisting customers, managing service requests, and providing prompt, clear communication. The person in this role will handle a high volume of calls, process orders accurately, and help create a positive experience with every interaction.
Responsibilities:
