Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support daily front-line operations in an ambulatory clinic in Seattle, Washington. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients, managing high-volume communication, and keeping appointment workflows organized. The person in this role will create a welcoming experience for patients while coordinating administrative tasks that contribute to efficient, safe, and responsive care.
Responsibilities:
