Position Summary
Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s) are key roles in our Value Stream. This role will correspond with our global commercial team and Channel Partners, processing customer orders, providing status updates on orders, and coordinating warranty claims and material returns. CSR’s work closely with all teams in the value stream to provide superior service to our customers.
Essential Functions
- Ensuring customer purchase orders meet compliance standards
- Order entry and maintenance per standard operating procedures
- Coordinating with value stream team to execute on customer orders
- Keeping customers informed of any changes with their orders
- Providing order acknowledgments and other required documentation to customers
- Addressing warranty claims, coordinating Return Materials Authorizations (RMA’s) and Order Change Notices (OCN’s)
