As a Benefit Customer Service Representative, you will support members with their healthcare and/or pension plan enrollments, updates, and inquiries while delivering a high level of customer service. You will primarily assist customers through phone, email, and webchat channels and will have the opportunity to be cross-trained across multiple client accounts as you grow in the role.
This is a seasonal role; however, we ask our high performers to remain with us to assist on other clients, and offer the top performers a full-time opportunity.
