Role Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our customer support team. This role requires handling inbound inquiries and providing solutions.

Shift: Rotational (including night shifts)

Location: Taguig, Metro Manila

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Open to Senior High School (SHS) graduates.
• Experience: Open to fresh graduates. No experience required.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written English skills.
• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office navigation.
• Typing Speed: Minimum 30 words per minute.
