Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents. Respond to student queries regarding study abroad programs, admissions, and services. Make calls daily and maintain call records in the CRM. Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication. Coordinate with counsellors and internal teams for query resolution.. Update lead status, call notes, and follow-up activities accurately. Build positive relationships with students and parents throughout the inquiry process.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle student queries professionally and confidently. Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
