We are looking for a customer-focused individual to support clients and partners with timely, accurate service in New Jersey. This position plays an important role in managing inquiries, guiding orders through completion, and helping customers feel confident in the products and services offered. Salary:
$20 - $24 / Hour

Responsibilities:
β’ Manage customer interactions across multiple service channels, including order coordination, issue resolution, shipment communication, pricing updates, confirmation notices, and post-order follow-up.
