Job Overview Position: Customer Service – Policy Cancellation (Outbound)

Responsibilities - Strong ‘service culture’ mindset and enjoy interacting with customers and communicating well in verbal or written.
- Calling outbound to service existing customers who have requested to cancel their Insurance policies for various reasons.
