Our client is looking for someone with proven experience in a telephone sales or customer service role.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience within a customer services/sales role witing the motor industry
Excellent internal and external communication
Proficient in MS Office
Attention to detail
Excellent telephone manner
Within this position, you’ll also be:
Managing inbound & outbound calls
Spotting opportunities to upsell products & services for maximising sales
Handling live chat enquiries online with confidence
Providing accurate information to customers, whether over the phone or in person
