Position Overview

Key Responsibility:

1. Respond to overseas customer inquiries in real time via online chat, phone, email, etc., handle multiple conversations simultaneously, and quickly diagnose and locate customer issues.

2. Provide standardized solutions strictly according to the knowledge base and SOPs. Escalate issues according to procedures and collaborate on processing.

3. Record customer communication information and processing processes completely and accurately to ensure standardized work orders and closed-loop problem resolution.

4. Actively cooperate with the team and adapt to the customer service work pace and service requirements.

Key Requierements:

1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above

2. Previous years of work experience.

3. Excellent fresh graduates may have their work experience requirements relaxed.
