- Primary point of contact for our customers in the DACH‑region.
- Deliver a smooth and positive customer experience – from onboarding and order‑to‑invoice coordination to reliable day‑to‑day support.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, helping to solve customer needs efficiently while contributing to continuous improvement and quality across our processes.
- Work at one of the following locations: Bönen (Germany), Agrate Brianza, Milan (Italy), or Madrid (Spain).
