Location: Jaipur
Salary: β 3.24 LPA + β 36,000 PLI
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Handle customer queries via email and chat in a professional manner
β’ Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customers
β’ Maintain quality and productivity standards
β’ Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to process guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
β’ Undergraduate with minimum 6 months experience or Graduate (Fresher/Experienced)
β’ Good written and verbal communication skills
β’ Basic computer knowledge
Compensation:
β’ Monthly CTC: β 30,000 (including performance-linked incentives)
β’ Annual CTC: β 3.24 LPA + β 36,000 PLI
