Responsibilities

• Handle Messenger and direct message inquiries: answer questions, recommend products, and close sales.
• Follow up with existing customers to drive repeat purchases.
• Verify orders and enter them into the system.
• Support the host during live‑selling sessions (on‑site).

Qualifications

• Fluent communication in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
