We are looking for a Customer Service & Asset Specialist to strengthen our team in Central Europe.
Responsibilities
- Play a key part in delivering a smooth and positive customer experience — from onboarding and order-to-invoice coordination to reliable day-to-day support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the DACH region, handling questions and inquiries.
- Maintain customer data and set up new customers, building long-term relationships through excellent service.
- Monitor daily warehouse movements and proactively identify and address discrepancies.
- Coordinate inventory checks, taking responsibility for communication, analysis, and follow-up.
- Handle quality-related issues and stay in close contact with the quality department until resolution.
