Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries competently and with a solutions-oriented approach
• Support the team with administrative processes
• Create and modify product entries
• Implement and correct new vehicle models
• Review and approve special requests
• Update general insurance terms and product descriptions
• Coordinate flyer distribution
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and perform data analyses
• Assume backup/representative responsibilities within the team

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
• Ideally some experience in product or dealer management
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Analytical thinking
• Independent and reliable work approach
• Strong communication skills
• Enjoy interacting with customers
• Very good German, both written and spoken
