Job Description: Customer Support Executive (Email/Chat) Process: Global Antivirus Client Location: Jaipur Salary: β 3.24 LPA β 36,000 PLI Key Responsibilities: β’ Handle customer queries via email and chat in a professional manner β’ Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customers β’ Maintain quality and productivity standards β’ Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to process guidelines Eligibility Criteria: β’ Undergraduate with minimum 6 months experience or Graduate (Fresher/Experienced) β’ Good written and verbal communication skills β’ Basic computer knowledge Compensation: β’ Monthly CTC: β 30,000 (including performance-linked incentives) β’ Annual CTC: β 3.24 LPA β 36,000 PLI Work Details: β’ 5 days working β’ Rotational shifts (including night shifts if required) β’ Rotational week offs Additional Details: β’ Process: Email/Chat Support β Global Antivirus Client β’ Assessment: Writex (Minimum score: 58)
