Position Overview

Job Description

  • Receive, register and process customer samples in the system, including sample coding and documentation management.
  • Review customer requirements and create testing orders, ensuring the correct test methods, parameters and laboratories are assigned for each request.
  • Prepare and send order confirmations, communicate updates, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely order execution.
  • Monitor testing progress, including subcontracted analyses, and follow up on results to ensure service quality and turnaround time.
  • Handle invoicing and payment collection processes; maintain accurate order and revenue records in internal systems.
  • Track orders and respond to customer inquiries, providing timely updates and support throughout the testing process.
