Job Description
Receive, register and process customer samples in the system, including sample coding and documentation management.Review customer requirements and create testing orders, ensuring the correct test methods, parameters and laboratories are assigned for each request.Prepare and send order confirmations, communicate updates, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely order execution.Monitor testing progress, including subcontracted analyses, and follow up on results to ensure service quality and turnaround time.Handle invoicing and payment collection processes; maintain accurate order and revenue records in internal systems.Track orders and respond to customer inquiries, providing timely updates and support throughout the testing process.Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and the Quality Management System, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and...
