We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Malaysia. The right candidate will bring energy, a strong customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Process customer inquiries
• Perform order entry with a high degree of accuracy
• Contact for Customer Inquiries, orders, complaints, RMA’s and quotes.
• Enter customer orders into database accurately and promptly
• Verify order details for accuracy and completeness
• Provide order confirmations to customers
• Communicate with customers to resolve order discrepancies
• Maintain detailed and organized records of orders
• Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Perform other administrative tasks as required
