Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline customer service support to couples and visitors at the Registries of Civil and Muslim Marriages (ROM/M)
  • Assist with registration and reception duties for solemnisation appointments
  • Support queue management and ensure the smooth flow of customer appointments and ceremonies
  • Handle general customer enquiries and provide accurate information on registration procedures and requirements
  • Assist customers with the use of self-service kiosks and provide basic troubleshooting support
  • Support document verification processes and administrative activities in accordance with established guidelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey
  • Assist with the setup and closing of customer service areas, solemnisation rooms and self-service kiosks
