In this role, you’ll own the Customer Service experience within our Buying team, ensuring every Carma interaction is smooth, simple, and exceptional. You’ll stay close to the day-to-day: supporting customer enquiries, coordinating inspection bookings, and stepping in where needed to keep things running seamlessly.
