Manage activities supporting the relationship between Computershare and our clients’ investors, liaising with brokers, advisors and lawyers, including telephone calls, emails and in person visitors to the office.
Support transaction processing and investor enquiries across a range of registry activities.
Contribute to team delivery by sharing workload, supporting peak periods and meeting key deadlines.
Requirements
Exceptional customer service and strong administrative skills, with the ability to follow defined checklists, procedures and business rules.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work accurately and efficiently across multiple systems.
Demonstrated experience responding to and resolving issues by applying technical knowledge, sound judgement and established processes.
