Our Customer Specialists play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and supporting customers with their everyday banking needs. We're looking for a full-time Customer Specialist to join our Glenfield team. This role works on a flexible roster across Monday to Sunday, so you'll need to be comfortable working a variety of shifts, including weekends.

As a Customer Specialist, You'll

• Welcome customers and help them with a range of banking enquiries and transactions
• Identify customer needs and connect them with the right products, services or specialists
• Educate and support customers to confidently use ASB's digital banking tools
• Deliver personalised solutions and outstanding customer experiences
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve customer and business outcomes
